In the Download Section of Studio Dubroom you can find (links to) free and legal samples, loops and software you can use in your (DUB) Reggae productions. Much of the material comes straight from the Dubroom or can be downloaded from this website's servers, but there are also links and reviews of material on other websites. Everything is free, legal and hand-picked with the aim of providing quality material for the production of (DUB) Reggae Music.

WWW, May 2021 - It was the first (then still) midi-sequencer used by the Dubroom back in the 1990's, then it went over to Cakewalk Sonar but when Reason 3.0 came, this was the thing for the Dubroom. But now, in 2021, you can get Cakewalk Sonar DAW for free!

Join Bandlab.com, it is some kid of social media for producers, musicians and artists generally. It's free. You can then download Cakewalk Sonar. It also works on an offline PC. So the software is completely free.

WWW, January 2021 - Once again created with the more than excellent Dub Siren VST plug-in by the Switzerland-based Interuptor about which you can read more in this description later on, the Dubroom presents a sample pack with both dry and echoed/reverberated shots for your musical productions and DJ sets. Free of charge, released under Creative Commons

so there is no reason not to get it now!

THE INTERUPTOR

Yes, first a word or two about the VST plug-in with which the samples were created. It's been around for years and can be downloaded for free, even though a donation is appreciloved. It's also allowed to share the plug-in provided that the original zip file is left as-is, and so it is done. Included in the sample pack, and offered as a free download as well (ZIPFILE).
